CryptoPunks are a series of digital artworks. Each one is a Gen 0 character, uniquely generated by code on the Ethereum blockchain. The characters are .png images that may be traded as ERC-721 non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum. They were first put on sale in April 2017. CryptoPunks can be bought and sold on the OpenSea marketplace.
CryptoPunks all have different face combinations that refer to punk culture in the 90s.
